Clover Garden Residence is a huge project, with over 231 houses in here. All of them are semi-detached houses except one unit bungalow only. That means if you are asking for the biggest semi-d project in Cyberjaya or Putrajaya, this Clover garden residence will be it. For this year 2017 June onward, the subsale units are moving quit fast. There are constant buyer request in this area, and the good units are quickly running out. Right now, although this project is about 3 years old, the occupancy rate already above 60% and many have moved in to their new houses. First 3 streets are with the best occupancy rate, and the monthly maintenance fees are reasonable as it’s currently priced at RM300+ a month. This also making them the cheapest maintenance for semi-d house in Cyberjaya. Not to forget, this is a fully gated and guarded community. That’s why this community is so popular and the subsale houses are moving fast right now.
For the houses in here, either you choose the unit with the mountain view or the Sky Park view, some units will get both views. For this unit, it will be getting the mountain view and its relatively close distance to it too.
