Folowing is a short video showing my driving journey from MEX highway to Clover Cyberjaya. This is about 8 minutes drive and i did make a stop at a petro station for refueling and continue the journey. The video shows all the details including Lim Kok Wing university and the Sky Park as well.

Why invest in Clover Cyberjaya? This is the most wanted residential area, Garden Residences. And in here, there are business retail area, shopping, club house, jogging path, security guard etc. Not to mentioned, the latest IOI city mall is located just about 5 minutes away. What is the rental rate for this Clover housing area? To answer this, we will need to look at current offer available. I have checked on few property website listing and found the base unit with 3,500sf without furniture are asking for rental price of RM3800 a month. And there are similar unit with partial furnish that is asking for RM4500 a month.

    OK, this is some update this May 15th 2016. The latest update from developer, 3 units left and now available. All units priced at RM2.18 million. No price markup from me, all discounts directed back to buyer.

    Have you missed out the Clover 2-storey unit? Right now the subsale market is now kicking in and there are few units released back on market. The price is good and open for negotiation. At this moment, I am having 4 subsale unit in Clover, and the price start from RM1.65mil only.
